Surrounded by so many that love & cherish William as much as we do was inspiring. To know that there are such kind, warm people in our lives allows me somewhat to feel that although life has dealt us a low blow, there are people around us willing our life to be better, for our son to be happy too.
The event took me many, many days to organise over the past couple of months, but it was worth it, not only financially but emotionally.
With a venue that just says ‘Wow’, an ambience that cannot be beaten, food to rival Michelin stars and wine flowing it was bound for success. The donations of all the auction lots and raffle prizes helped the night buzz after dinner. A great, fun auction and raffle led to some very excited people winning fantastic prizes and opportunities too.
The exclusive use of the venue ensured all our guests enjoyed the after dinner DJ, drinks and comfort of the exceptional members lounge too.
The whole night was a success, we raised £10,000 for our cause and also ensured that you all had a fabulous time too.
I am sure Jo will organise another dinner event in the future – so keep your eyes peeled for dates!
